Shipping Policy

DeniM currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped from Xintang Town, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: USD $8; estimated delivery in 8–15 business days.

Free Standard Shipping: available on qualifying orders of USD $150 or more; estimated delivery in 8–15 business days.

Express Shipping: USD $15; estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, peak seasons, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable sales taxes and import duties may be calculated and displayed at checkout where supported. If any import charge is not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying it to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. For damaged, lost, or materially delayed shipments, contact denimove@163.com with your order number and supporting information. We will assist with the carrier investigation but cannot guarantee a particular outcome until the investigation is completed.
